President’s Thank You
Our 2017 conference has come to a close with over 530 Utility professionals in attendance. It was good to welcome back many familiar faces and to greet 173 first time attendees. We hope your time in Ft Worth was informative and continued building on the USMA Mission of giving you something to “take home and use”.
USMA’s volunteer Board of Directors worked hard all year to bring you value, relevance, and a top-notch conference and your feedback proved those efforts are appreciated. Our conference breakout sessions rated high and reinforced the theme from our General Sessions related to technology and the industry disruptors effecting Utilities now and the near future.
Our Board just met and spent 3 days planning our 2018 conference with many great topics already being worked on specific to supply chain, our utility industry, and your professional development. Please make plans to meet us May 20-23, 2018 in Orlando at the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate for our 23rd annual educational conference.
